I’m guilty of: thinking of cruel thoughts, not saying thank you enough, not telling my mom ‘I love you’ every day, skipping the most important meal of the day, doing things on a whim, pretending I am happy, thinking of the ”what if’s”, creating stress for myself, forgetting to pray for those I don’t like, looking at myself and saying “what now?”

Things I should be guilty of: thinking about beautiful thoughts, telling everyone thank you for even the smallest gestures, telling my mom how grateful I am to have her, waking up earlier for a healthy breakfast, thinking things through more while still maintaining the thrill, making myself happy, thinking of the ”When I’s” , taking on yoga, pray for those who need it, looking at myself and saying “I am worthy.”
